Half-day meeting package €22.50 p.p.

• Banqueting room rental half day (09:00 - 13:00 or 13:00 - 17:00)

Day meeting package €42.50 p.p.

• Banqueting room rental (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Use of flipchart with paper and markers
• Use of projector and projection screen
• Lunch in the form of a buffet with soup and another hot dish
• Unlimited coffee and tea, freshly brewed by yourself in our coffee corner on the Patio, with cookies

Small groups:

For smaller groups we charge an additional amount of €75.00 for the use of the room.
This applies to groups of less than 12 people. (Only for the half and full day package).

2-day meeting package €240.00 p.p.

• Two 3-course dinners, determined by our chef
• Accommodation based on single rooms
• Two extensive breakfast buffets
• Use of swimming pool, whirlpool, swimming pool sauna and fitness

4-day meeting package €599.00 p.p.

• Banqueting room rental (four days)
• Use of flipchart with paper and markers
• Use of projector with projection screen
• Four lunches in the form of a buffet with soup and another hot dish
• Coffee and tea, freshly brewed by yourself in our coffee corner on the Patio, with cookies
• Three times 3-course dinner, determined by our chef
• Accommodation based on single rooms
• Three times extensive breakfast buffet
• Use of swimming pool, whirlpool, swimming pool sauna and fitness

Discounts/surcharges for multi-day meeting packages:
If you stay in a room with two people, a discount of € 15.00 per person per night applies.
Pre- and/or post-night stay from € 109.00 per night, including an extensive breakfast buffet.
€ 30.00 / €50.00 per suite per night, depending on the suite
Tourist tax: €3.00 per person per night

Subspaces:

Depending on which room you need, we calculate the price of the "separate room rental".
You can also use the Patio, our covered terrace where you can take a break or discuss something.
Multiple groups/people can use this, which is why silence and tranquility are not guaranteed.

Extras:

Naturally, there are many additional options at a choice location such as Boshotel Vlodrop.
This applies, for example, to activities to complete or interrupt your program.
There are also many options in terms of care:

On request we are happy to provide, for example:

* Fruit in the room at €1.50 per person per day.
* Pie in the hall or during a break for €3.00 per day.
* Healthy Smoothie €5.50 p.p.p.st.
* Healthy snack (tomatoes and cucumbers) €4.50 p.p.p.d.
* Candy jar in the hall (licorice and chocolate) at € 4.50 p.p.p.d.
* Snack during a break at €5.50 p.p.p.d. (between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM)
* Cake 2 slices at € 2.00 per person per day
